At Flaerz.shopping, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your perfume purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, our policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Product Condition:

    • Perfume bottles must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
    • Testers must be in their original, unopened condition.
    • The original packaging, including boxes and any included accessories, must be intact and undamaged.
  3. Eligible Products:

    • This policy applies to 50ML perfume bottles and testers.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Products with less than 90% of the perfume remaining.
  • Testers that have been opened or used.
  • Products without original packaging or those with damaged packaging beyond what is expected from normal handling.

Processing and Fees:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Returns and exchanges are processed within 4-5 working days of receiving the returned product.
  2. Condition-Based Fees:

    • If a perfume bottle has been used up to 10%, a small fee will be applied to cover the cost of the used product.
    • No fee will be charged if the perfume has been used negligibly (less than 10%).
    • Products used more than 10% or testers that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    • Contact our customer service team with your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • Return within 3 days to: 23/3 Saleem Housing, Shah Faisal Colony # 3, Karachi.
  3. Return Checklist:

    • Ensure that the perfume bottle has at least 90% of the product remaining.
    • Include the original packaging, including the box and any accessories.
    • Securely pack the product to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
